Warranty Policy

Every TUSA product is built to last and backed by our warranty. Here is everything you need to know.

1. Warranty Period

Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit 6 months standard, extended to 12 months from the date of purchase when you register your product

Warranty registration must be completed within 60 days of the purchase date. Registrations after 60 days cannot be accepted, and the product stays on the standard 6-month warranty.

2. What the Warranty Covers

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Defective parts or components
  • Defects in materials or workmanship
  • Product not working during normal, intended use

After checking the product, TUSA will repair it, replace the faulty part, or replace the product.

3. What the Warranty Does Not Cover

  • Physical, accidental or liquid damage
  • Misuse, rough handling, or use not as per the user manual
  • Unauthorised repair, opening, modification or tampering
  • Normal wear and tear, scratches or cosmetic marks that do not affect working
  • Damage from wrong voltage, power supply or electrical connection
  • Products bought from unauthorised sellers
  • Claims made after the warranty period ends

4. How to Make a Warranty Claim

  1. Contact us at support@tusa.co.in, WhatsApp +91 73306 00217, or call 1800 3137 375.
  2. Share your order number or invoice, product name, a short description of the problem, and a photo or video of the issue.
  3. Our team may help you troubleshoot first. If needed, we arrange a pickup or ask you to send the product for inspection.
  4. Once approved, we repair or replace the product and ship it back to you.

A repaired or replaced product continues with the remaining period of the original warranty.

5. Beware of Fake Warranty Offers

TUSA never charges any fee for warranty. We will never ask you to buy an extended warranty to activate or claim your TUSA warranty. If anyone asks you to pay for a TUSA warranty, please contact us through the official channels above before paying.
